Draft · protocol 3.0.0-draft

EcoClaim Solutions is the initial steward of TRP. The steward will name a product owner, technical editor, methodology lead and change-control owner.

Planned practices: contribution rules, an issue template, a request-for-comments process, technical review criteria, conflict-of-interest disclosures, a security reporting address and a deprecation policy.

To be credible across the industry, TRP needs review from insurers, adjusters, contractors, manufacturers, recyclers, engineers, life-cycle-assessment experts and software vendors. No external endorsement is implied.

Open protocol EcoClaim proprietary

An open data format does not mean public access to confidential claim data, environmental-declaration databases, contractor records or partner pricing.

Not yet decided. The intended direction is a permissive license for schemas and reference code and an open license for the narrative specification. Until a license is published, treat the content as all-rights-reserved and contact EcoClaim before reuse.

TRAX is a trademark of EcoClaim. Use of the name for implementations and conformance claims will be governed by a published policy.
